Father's Day wrap up!

Another cracking event!! The sun was shining (after the windy rainy night) and there was a buzz in the air! The donuts were scrumptious, the chocolate milk hit the spot and the coffee vans were pumping. Thank you to the Year 3 reps, Shaheen Khan, Sim Skovron and Lainie Hanan for leading this event. Thank you to the parents who volunteered to set up the event, hand out the donuts and pour the drinks! Behind the scenes there were lots of emails, spreadsheets and ticket logistics to ensure it all ran smoothly. Well done everyone for bringing your tickets and HERRRBy cups. We had so little waste it was wonderful! HERRRBy came along and enjoyed walking around and seeing lots of happy faces! Did you enjoy your donut HERRRBy? 

A Huge thank you to the Sawicki family/Bay City Auto for donating one of the coffee vans. It's generous donations like this that help us fundraise towards upcoming projects. 

Also to the wonderful collaboration with Vadim Taube and the team at Daniels Donuts. The donuts were scrumptious and again this collaboration helped us run the event!

DOGS Lunch at the Mount Erica Hotel

Over 30 dads and even one grandad had a great lunch on Friday. Excellent food, excellent company, lots of fun and plenty of Dad jokes. Huge thank you to Mick Hennig for putting this lunch together. It was the first time and now a great addition to the GPS social calendar.

TERM 4 EVENTS

GPS DISCO- Friday 18th October

The disco teams are busily organising the DJ and the photo booth and all the yummy treats! For those who don't know, the disco is an annual event and a true highlight for the students. It is set up in the Junior Campus Hall and surrounding areas. 

Junior Campus Disco from 5.00pm-6.30pm and for the Senior campus students 7.00-8.30pm. A ticket includes entry and a sausage in bread. Students can bring some money to purchase treats and other fun activities as well as have a dance with their friends. It's their night to enjoy! 

Prep and Year 2 parents are asked to participate in the planning of the event so please look out for info if you are a part of this group. Ticket info will be out next week so for now just put the date in your diary and watch this space! 

GPS Family Weekend Away- Friday 25th October
