Student Awards will be presented at Assembly in Week 3

Friday December 13, 2026 (2.35pm)

 

Congratulations to our most recent Award winners!

Families and friends are invited and welcome to attend.

 

Foundation

  • Eadie F-S (FBW) – ‘Helping Others Succeed’ by looking out for your new friends in the classroom and making sure they are happy and cared for.

  • Nicho C (FBW) – ‘Be Your Best’ for being brave as you enter the classroom each morning, ready to start the day.  You have learnt the morning routine quickly and it is lovely to see you smile each morning as you sit on the mat.

  • Billy N (FSC) – ‘Be Your Best’ for learning our morning routine so quickly and putting your lunchbox, drink bottle and bag away where they belong and setting yourself up to have a great day!  Well done on a great start to the year Billy!!

  • Ruby B (FSC) – ‘Be Your Best’ for coming to sit on the floor quickly and quietly and listening carefully to Mrs Carter speaking.  You have made a super start to school! 

     

Year 1 & 2

  • Ruby K (1GM) - ‘Be Responsible’ for being well organised for school each day and listening so well in class.

  • Matilda H (1GS) - ‘Be your Best’ for settling in beautifully into our classroom.  It has been great to see you make new friends at our school.  Well done Matilda.

  • Maria G (2ZH) - ‘Be Your Best’ for settling in so well to St Joseph’s.  You have been able to make some new friends easily and are always looking to help in the classroom. 

  • Hamish McK (2CL) – ‘Be Your Best’ for a super confident start to the year.  You are doing an amazing job getting yourself organised and ready to learn.  Well done Hamish.

     

Year 3 & 4

  • Jack V (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for starting Year 3 so confidently and settling into the new routine beautifully.  I’m so impressed Jack, well done!

  • Ash D (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best for starting Year 4 with such a great attitude and for setting a wonderful example to others!  Keep it up, Ash!

  • Pippa T (3/4LB) - ‘Be Your Best’ for showing exceptional listening skills during class time.  Well done on your start to 2026!  Great work, Pippa!

  • Albie B (3/4LB) - ‘Be Responsible’ - Albie Buckeridge for getting organised for all classroom lessons.  Well done on your start to Year 3!  Excellent effort, Albie!

  • Tom W (3/4JS) - ‘Be Your Best for settling well into a new classroom with a new teacher.  Great start to the year Tom!

  • Jimmi W (3/4JS) – ‘Be Your Best’ for always having his learning materials ready for each lesson.  Keep up the great work Jimmi!

 

Year 5 & 6

  • Kayden B (56TD) – ‘Be Your Best’ - Kayden Brennan for volunteering to read our class novel aloud during our literacy lessons. Great start to the year Kayden!

  • Leo N (56TD) – ‘Be Your Best’ - Leo Nihill for his thoughtful insights during our class discussions. Leo, it’s great to see you raising your hand and actively participating by sharing your thoughts and ideas. Great job! 

  • Abbie H (5/6EN) – ‘Be Your Best’ for the confident and organised way you have begun Year 6.  You are keen to learn and to do your best!  Well done Abbie!

  • Sid F (5/6EN)- ‘Be Responsible’ for the way you have approached the start of Year 6, your sports leadership role and the responsible way you have approached your work tasks.  A great role model to others.

  • Lily W (5/6GC) - ‘Be Responsible’ for consistently being organised and ready for every learning activity.  What a fantastic start to Year 5, Lily!

  • Nixon K (5/6GC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for beginning Year 5 with such a positive attitude and continually setting an excellent example for others.  Keep it up, Nixon!

 

Specialist  

P.E. (Yr 3 – 6)

  • Tom W (3/4JS) - ‘Be your Best’ for participating in all tag games with a positive attitude and offering to demonstrate the rules for the class.  Great start Tom. 

  • Edie E (5/6) – ‘Be your Best’ for working well in your group and creating a fun tag game.  You explained the game confidently to the class and added an extra challenge for all.  Well done Edie.
