Dear Families,

ROBLOX - Must read for Parents

Please take a few minutes to read the latest dangers associated with Roblox!

If your children play on this platform or any other, it is essential for their safety that you keep up to date with the latest changes.

On the Cybersafety Parent Resources page, we will give you information to assist you.

If you require any further assistance with any online safety information, please ask.

Student Free Day

A reminder that next Friday 8th March is a Student Free Day while teachers participate in Professional Development about the new Maths Curriculum. TheirCare will be available if you child needs supervision on that day.

Start of the school day

Over the past couple of weeks, we have had a number of students arrive at school before student supervision begins at 8:30am. Before this time teachers are in meetings and busy getting classes ready for the day and are unable to supervise students.

If you need to drop your child off at school before this time, please book them into TheirCare which operates before school care until 8:30 each morning. Thank you for your support with this.

Division Sports

We wish all the students competing in Division Sports in Wangaratta this Friday all the very best.

Assembly this Friday

This Friday we will be hosting a full school assembly in the Mercy Centre beginning at 2:45pm, where Mrs Frewen's Yr 5 /6 class will be presenting the prayer.  Staff would appreciate that during the assembly toddlers need to remain with their parents to avoid causing a distraction.

Second hand uniforms

We would appreciate any donations of uniforms that you no longer need to establish a uniform shop. Please drop donations at the front office. Second hand uniforms will be available to purchase at our Family Sports night.

Family Sports night

We will be holding our annuals Family Sports night next Thursday 7th March at 6pm. Jimmy Ivill (from My Future Academy) will host the night with games the whole family can enjoy together on the oval. Please bring a refillable water bottle, a picnic if you would like to have some snacks and your runners. This is a no alcohol event.

Kind Regards,

Libby Hamilton
