Science and Art Combine!

In the Grade 1 and 2 Science Curriculum we have been learning all about what dinosaurs ate, and the environments they lived in. We have found evidence that ferns were a main food source for herbivore and omnivore dinosaurs! Please ask your child what these words mean and see if they can remember. After some serious learning we then used some ferns to create a fern print with acrylic paint. We had a blast! Please enjoy these photos of Grade 1 and 2 in the middle of the printing process.
