Interim Reports

These will become available around the 22nd March 2024 prior to the opening of the booking system for parent / staff interviews. Please take the time to read over these interim reports as they will give you an indication of how your child is progressing at the College and give you any guidance you may need to have conversations with staff that are targeted and productive for everyone involved.

Parent / Staff Interviews

The College will have an online portal that will allow you to make bookings to see staff at the College on Thursday 28 March 2024 between the hours of 10.00am and 1.40pm for 5 minute face to face interviews in the Gymnasium (lunch is 11:40am – 12:10pm). 

Phone interviews will be from 2.00pm – 3:10pm and bookings can be made with relevant staff who are happy to have a conversation over the phone.

End of Term Exit Procedures

Student Arrangements:

• It is expected that students are in attendance at the face to face interviews with their parent/guardian.
• Once a student’s interviews are complete, they are eligible to leave to the College following the standard leave processes.
• Students not having interviews are eligible to go on leave as from 10.00am, following the standard process. Boarding students are to use REACH as normal, Day students leaving early must provide written permission (email or note) with specific details of their departure and travel arrangements, by no later than 8.00am Thursday 28th March 2024. 
• Students not having interviews and remaining at the College until the close of the day (2.25pm) will be supervised at the College.
