Prep Vision Screening
The Primary School Nurse Health Readiness Program is coming to school.
They are a Queensland Government service that offers Free Vision Screening to all children enrolled in Prep. If your child is in Prep and you would like their vision screened, please complete a consent form using the below link or QR code.
The following video explains the benefits of having your Prep child’s vision screened – “What is Prep Vision Screening?”
Screening commencement date: Wednesday, 7 May, 2025

The black rain clouds at the top are helping the land, country and us grow. We love to put our feet into the mud and puddles. It splashes up our legs. Aunty Cheryl said, “when she was a little girl” she used to put the mud on her legs, let it dry and pull the hairs off her legs”
The big purple symbol and the smaller symbol is the Yarning Circle. This is the place at our school and on Country where our teachers, elders, parents and community come together for a yarn. Talking about making things better for everyone. A place for ceremony and celebration
