Captain's Corner

Hello, We would like to thank everyone who participated in the Cross country run, you all did an outstanding job! 

Now for our upcoming event, on Tuesday the 25th of March we have athletics. The Year 4, 5 and 6s will go to the Kyneton showgrounds to try and place in the sports. Here are the sports we will be doing

• discus

• shot put

• 100m run 

• high jump

• long jump 

• triple jump 

• 200m run

• vortex

You are welcome to practice these sports at home. If your child does place, they might get the opportunity to go to the next level in Bendigo (further information will be given out after the day). We need  A LOT of school community members to help run events on the day. Please consider offering your help at this fun event.

Environmental Leaders

On Friday the 28th February the whole school participated in Clean Up Australia day. All of the classes filled at least 1 bag full of rubbish. The following Monday, we sorted through the rubbish. There were many chip packets, Glee cans and lunch order bags. We also found a pair of shorts. We collected over 300 pieces of rubbish in total. The class with the most rubbish picked up was 4SM. Thank you all for participating!
