Consent Requests
The following consent requests have been sent to families via SimonEverywhere and are accessible for approval within the app:
- PG Rated Movie Consent
- Photograph Permission
- Digital Technologies and ITC Policy Agreement- Students and Carers
Permissions are required to be obtained annually for individual students. Each of the consent items has a document attachment of the policy or consent request. Each of the permission requests need a response of Yes or No. If you require assistance with accessing the school app or locating the information please contact the school office in person, via email to admin@spbendigo.catholic.edu.au or phone 54439319.
Accessing SimonEverywhere:
- Families can download the SIMON Everywhere app. This is available on both the Android Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Login using your email address. If you have forgotten your password you can request a password reset and you will receive an email with steps to reset your password. Parent logins are assigned by the school to your recorded email address, please contact the office to update your email address if needed.
- If you are experiencing issues with accessing the app please contact the office staff for assistance
School Photos 2025
Annual school photos including sibling photos will be taken by Arthur Reed Photos on Tuesday 25th March 2025.
There is no need to return any forms or money to school.
Unique image codes will be issued to all students on/after photo day so families can register online to view images when they become available in the webshop.
Registration is simple, just follow the 3 simple steps on your child’s personalised flyer once you receive it and remember to add the codes for all your children attending this school.
Even if you registered last year, it’s important that you do again this year using your child’s 2025 image code to link their images for the current year with your contact details.
When images are ready to view and in the webshop, all parents who have registered will be notified by SMS and email.
Once registered, please wait for notification that 2025 images are online to view before making your purchas

Orders can be emailed or dropped off at the office anytime ready to be prepared during shop hours on Monday and Thursday.
