NAPLAN
This week, our Year 3 and Year 5 students began their NAPLAN assessments, and we want to take a moment to acknowledge their efforts. NAPLAN provides an important system-wide measure of student learning, helping to inform how we support our students at both a school and national level.
However, it’s important to remember that NAPLAN is just one snapshot in time—a single measure of a child’s achievement on a particular day. It does not capture all the wonderful qualities that make our students who they are: their creativity, kindness, resilience, and curiosity.
We are incredibly proud of all our students for approaching the assessments with focus and determination. Regardless of the results, every child should be commended for giving their best always.
Thank you for your continued support and lets all strive to be “our best always”.
