Congratulations to Ms Nicole Ashe who has been successful in securing a new position with Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese office, working in the diversity team. This is a promotion for Nicole and while it is sad to see her leave StMM’s, this opportunity is a testament to her hard work and the impact she has made, particularly within the Diverse Learning space. 

I know you will join me in congratulating Nicole on this significant achievement and in thanking her for her valued contribution to our school community. Her final day with us is Friday 1 May 2026. 

I am pleased to share that we have been successful in appointing an experienced Diversity teacher with a broad range of expertise. Mrs Jeana Balintec will commence at StMM’s on Monday 18 May 2026. She brings a wealth of experience having worked across K–12 settings, including roles in K–6, 7–12, and K–12 schools, as well as experience as an Acting REC and Diversity Coordinator. Jeana is a highly experienced classroom teacher and I am confident she will be a wonderful addition to our team. I know you will make her feel very welcome when she begins.
