Year 7-10 reports

We are pleased to confirm that Semester One academic reports for students in Years 7–10 will be available via SEQTA Learn (for students) and SEQTA Engage (for parents) from early in Week 1 of the school holidays. These reports provide a comprehensive overview of your child’s progress and achievement across all subjects, as well as teacher comments to support continued growth.

Year 11 course changes

With Semester One results now released, Year 11 students may apply to change courses for Semester Two. This process provides an opportunity for students to reflect on their progress and make adjustments aligned with their ultimate goals and learning needs.

Course change forms can be collected from the Dean of Teaching and Learning Office (Level 1). Before submitting, students are required to speak with both their current teacher and the teacher of the subject they wish to move into, to ensure informed decisions are being made.

Please note that applications close on Friday, 1 August (Week 2, Term Three). As this deadline is final, we encourage all students considering changes to act early.

Year 10 results and 2026 subject selection

Congratulations to our Year 10 students on successfully completing their first formal examinations. Their conduct at the CQU examination venue was exemplary, and we commend the maturity, focus, and effort they demonstrated throughout the process.

In addition to receiving their Semester One report, each student will be provided with a ‘traffic light’ subject prerequisite letter, indicating which Year 11 subjects they currently meet the entry requirements for based on their academic performance in Semester One. This will assist students and families as they begin making informed choices for their 2026 subject selection. Subject selection forms will be distributed by the end of Week 1, Term Three, and more information—including interview dates and support materials—will be shared shortly to guide families through the selection process.

Parent–Teacher Interviews (Years 7 and 12)

We are looking forward to welcoming families for a second round of Parent–Teacher Interviews for Years 7 and 12 in Term 3. These conversations are an excellent opportunity to discuss student progress and set goals for the second half of the year.

Interview dates are as follows:

  • Face-to-Face Interviews: Wednesday, 13 August (4:00pm–8:00pm)
  • Remote (Online) Interviews: Thursday, 21 August (4:00pm–8:00pm)

Booking instructions and further details will be provided closer to the date.
