Applied Learning Wins

We are excited to share some recent successes from our applied learning programs that are making a real impact. 

Over the past term, our students have been actively engaging in a variety of work experience placements, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from employers. These opportunities are helping students build valuable skills, boost their confidence, and gain clearer insights into potential career pathways. Due to the success of this program, we’re now exploring School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs) as a next step for interested students. 

In addition to work experience, many of our students have also embraced volunteering as part of their applied learning journey. Their feedback has been very positive, with many sharing how much they enjoy giving back to the community and how rewarding the experience has been.
