Highlight
This week students were introduced to subtraction and enjoyed some fun subtraction games including subtraction bowling. Students had to subtract the amount of 'pins' knocked over to see how many were left. Students then worked on writing equations and using subtraction language.
Students also continued their Olympics and Paralympics inquiry unit by designing their own class flag and painting their own team uniform. Students were able to express how they wanted to represent themselves and their class.
In Literacy, students have been exploring adjectives that describe inside and outside traits of characters that they can use to up level their writing. They made their own bird craft and chose one
