Grease Musical

It is with great pleasure that I announce the success of the Macleod College Performing Arts Theatre Production of Grease, live and newly made in Technicolor. Tessa Bodenham, Director and Jim Griffiths Technical Director wish to thank everyone for their support throughout the performances. 

This year, Macleod College spent over $160k to upgrade the Performing Arts spaces. Some of that comes from grants, some from donations, and some from ticket sales from performances. 

Last week's performance was only the second musical that we have undertaken in decades, and I would like to thank Mr Pannacio and the Leadership Team for all their support with musical theatre at Macleod College. 

I'd like to thank all the teachers, friends and families for helping our students in their theatrical journey. It takes a whole community to make something like this happen, and we at Macleod have a very special one. 

But mostly I'd like to thank the cast and crew for their love, hope and enthusiasm. 

There have been many highlights throughout the process, however hearing the scream of joy at curtain close every night must surly be one of them.
