📕 📖 Book Week 📖 📕
We celebrated Book Week by having a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party! We made “Eat Me” and “Drink Me” Grissini, serving them with Homemade butter!
The Grissini was very tasty and went perfectly with our Lemon muffins and our different tea varieties 🍋 🧁 🥨 🧈 🫖🎩

The garden produce is now coming through in spades.
We have enjoyed picking lots of fresh Cauliflower, Kale, Spring onions, silver beet, bok choy and celery.
Its fantastic for our young gardeners to pick produce that they propagated and planted themselves. We have also been busy selling some surplus produce at our Garden stall at Friday assemblies. So please bring your gold coins and support our Veggie Stall.
Book Week has been an exciting time to celebrate both modern and classic books, our school theme book - Alice in wonderland intoduces the wonderful theme of a Garden Tea Party. In our garden kitchen classes we enjoyed having our own Garden Tea party and in garden time we decorated our table with our own flower vases. We picked borage, lavender, nasturtium and calendula flowers from our kitchen garden to make them.
Happy Winter Gardening
