SLR Snow Trip

On Friday, August 30th, the Year 11, 1 unit and Year 12, 2 unit SLR students travelled to Falls Creek Mountain Resort to develop their skills and techniques in skiing or snowboarding for the day as part of their Outdoor Recreation unit.

After an early morning, windy conditions slightly delayed the start of the day on the mountain. When the lifts opened, the students got straight into their lessons, provided by qualified instructors at the resort. They learned the basics or further developed their skills in the lesson before having the chance to challenge themselves on the trails available.
