Your friendly Valkstone Events Committee, made up of 4 parents and 2 staff members, is excited to make a positive impact on our school!
Billy G’s Cookie Dough Fundraiser Update:
We are currently in the midst of our Billy G’s Cookie Dough Fundraiser. Despite the website crashing over the weekend, we managed to sell 364 tubs, raising $1,456 for our school — a fantastic start!
Now that the website is up and running again, we have opened up the cookie dough fundraiser from now until Thursday 12:00 noon.
Father’s Day Stall:
With Father’s Day just around the corner, our Father’s Day stall will be open on Thursday 29th August, with gifts ranging from $2 to $15. Grab something special for your loved one!
Also, we still need volunteers to help with the event. Any time you can spare would be greatly appreciated. Please sign up using this link:

Please note that all volunteers need to sign in at the office and have a valid Working with Children Check.
Junior Cross Country and Bakery & Juice Pop-Up Stall:
On Friday 30th August, we have a coffee van and a pop-up bakery and juice stall in the morning from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. to celebrate the junior cross country and Father’s Day.
Remember to pick up your pre-orders. We will also have a small range of items to purchase on the day for those who missed out on placing orders. These sales will be CASH ONLY and until we sell out.

Our goal is to purchase 4 cubby houses for Valkstown (cost is approximately $5,000 each). We’ve made a great start, but we still have a long way to go.
