Visit from Ian Cummings-puppeteer.

Last week the ¾ Community participated in an amazing, engaging workshop led by Ian Cummings, puppeteer.

Ian spoke to the students about making puppets with moving parts by using only twisted, rolled or shredded paper, masking tape and markers for definition. Once the puppets were completed, Ian showed how using slow motion movements for the puppets added dramatic effects. Students joined in small groups to devise a story and develop a puppet show.

It was a fantastic morning of learning, creativity and fun.
