Pyjama Day - Thursday 19th December
Dear parents and guardians,
On the 19th of December, on a Thursday, the SRC is holding a fun Pyjama Day. We would like you to bring a gold coin which will eventually go to a charity called 300 Blankets. 300 Blankets help the homeless. We would like to recommend for your children to wear their favourite Christmas pyjamas. 🎄This event is held on the second last day of school so it will bring some excitement towards the end of term. 🤩 Start planning your outfits now!

Scholastic Bookclub - Last orders 2nd December (NOTE NEW DATE)
Please note that the last orders for the final 2024 Scholastic Book Club will be 2nd December.

End of Year Picnic - Alphington Park Friday 13th December
Stationery Drive
This year, APS is collecting both used and unused stationery donations for Project Stationery, a Melbourne-based volunteer group dedicated to supporting those in need. Please note that there is no need to purchase new items for this donation—simply donate what you already have at home.
Project Stationery redistributes stationery each year to individuals and families who can benefit from these resources. Along with stationery, they also accept craft materials in good condition. However, please refrain from donating glitter or dried-up paints.
Kindly refer to the list of accepted items to ensure your donation meets the requirements. Drop off in the office

Spartan School Uniforms Christmas Holiday Details
Dear School World Family
Please see below the details of our Christmas/Back to School delivery schedule.
Please note there will be no uniform delivery in the last week of Term 4. This is a busy week for both schools and couriers and if the delivery is not made prior to school finishing then there is a risk that orders are lost at the courier depot over the holidays.
- Final Uniform Delivery 2024 – Week 10 2024 - 9th - 13th December 2024
- First Uniform Delivery 2025 – Week 1 2025 - 28th– 31st January 2025
- Orders placed during the break for Delivery to School will be held and sent when school reopens on 28th January.
- Orders for delivery to home will continue to be processed and sent via Australia Post. (Except during our Christmas Closure period from 20th December to 6th January)
- All stores will close at 5.00 pm on Friday 20th December and reopen at 9.00 am Wednesday 8th January. Please check the website for each store’s hours.
- All stores will be open on Australia Day Public Holiday 27th January 2025
