The College has a whole-school Assessment and Reporting Day on Monday, November 25. This is a pupil-free day. There will be no classes from ELC to Year 12.
Congratulations to Laidlaw House on a successful ‘Crazy Hair’ fundraiser. $359.00 was raised to assist the Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child.
Our Year 6 students are in Canberra on a five-day school camp to Australia’s capital. Our full itinerary includes visits to Parliament House, the Museum of Australian Democracy, Questacon, the National Museum of Australia, the Australian Institute of Sport, the National Film and Sound Archive, the National Arboretum, the Royal Australian Mint, and the High Court of Australia. It has been a rewarding and educational experience.

The following students were awarded ‘Star Student’ awards at this week’s Assembly.
Piccino: Theo Stevenson for his truly impressive dedication and creativity in constructing Lego models.
Piccino: Tom Simmons for demonstrating strong leadership skills and guiding his peers in exciting discovery missions to search for hidden treasures.
Year 1: Sophie Harvey for her fantastic dedication to developing her reading skills and strategies. She has made such great progress!
Year 2: Wal McClure for his positive attitude towards his learning, for trying his best and for asking for help when needed.
Year 4: Hugh Cain for being a kind and caring friend on the Roses Gap camp, giving everything a go, and helping wherever possible. Keep up the great work, Hugh!
Year 4: Hazel Johns for organising the Halloween-themed activities at the Roses Gap camp and her positive attitude throughout, which contributed to a fun and memorable experience for all.
