2 bedroom fully furnished unit for rental 3 weeks every year.  

On top of Noosa Hill opposite Noosa Reef Hotel. 10-15 minute easy stroll to Hastings Street and Noosa Junction.  Bus stop is 10 metres from the entrance of the complex.

Unit consists of:

Master bedroom with Q bed

2nd bedroom 2 single beds

Bathroom-shower over small spa bath

Meals area and lounge room combined but very spacious (also a fold out bed for another 1/2 people in need)

Fully equipped kitchen

French laundry-washing machine and dryer

Heated swimming pool with outdoor spa and childrens wading pool

Front and rear balconies

Roof top BBQ area with sweeping views over Noosa River and The Wetlands

On site management 24/7

Reception staff Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30 Saturday 08:30-17:00 

Can be booked up to 10 months in advance. No availability from 23rd December to 23 January any year.  Most school holidays come at a higher cost per week.

Rental for 2025 per week is $980.00 per week to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Can booked 1,2 or 3 weeks if wanted
