Responses to Parental Complaints

I had an excellent experience working with the Legal team recently who assisted me with a response to a letter of complaint from a parent.

 

Whilst my responses are always factual and without emotion, it was incredibly helpful and supportive to have the legal team ‘run their eye’ over the response and make some suggestions and changes that ensured I had all possibilities covered.

 

They were responsive and reassuring and it removed the anxiety that occasionally hit me throughout the day which allowed me to focus on other work. I am very grateful to them and would advise anyone who is responding to a parent complaint carefully consider placing a call to the legal team.
