2025 Conference registrations are open
Since our journey began in Tauranga in 1985, it’s only fitting that we return to where it all started to honour the remarkable milestones we’ve achieved together, marking 40 incredible years in New Zealand real estate!

available until 1 February 2025. (Payment must be received 14 days after registration)

- Date: 6 pm Wednesday 28 May – 1 pm Friday 30 May 2025
- Welcome Function: Wednesday 28 May at 6 pm
- Super Early bird special: runs until 1 February, full price will be $1,050 + GST

- AGM: Wednesday 28 May at 5 pm
- Alan Lethbridge’s Verified Training (optional) – This is subject to attendance, please register your interest to alan@lethbridge.co.nz
- Friday, 30 May: 2 pm – 6 pm & Saturday, 1 June: 8 am – 1 pm (details below)

Get ready to kick off the National Conference
Kick off the 2025 Conference with a pre-event opportunity! We're offering two fantastic optional activities that will help you connect with colleagues from around the country before the main event. Select either a scenic Mt Maunganui Harbour cruise or a relaxing round of golf. These activities provide the ideal setting to break the ice, make new connections, and build anticipation for the inspiring conference ahead.
Established in 1971, the Omanu Golf Club has built a reputation as the Bay's Best Golfing Experience' and offers a great golfing experience to its members and visitors alike. The golf course is of a very high standard and would best be described as parkland.
Time: Departing @ 9.30 am on Wednesday 28 May 2025
18 Holes: $85 + GST
Cart hire: $35 + GST
Return Transport to the club: $20 + GST

Explore Tauranga Harbour on a boat full of character. Enjoy the scenic views of Mount Maunganui as you cruise and search for local wildlife in the surrounding waters and shoreline.
Time: Departing @ 1.30pm, Wednesday 28th May 2025
Price: $75 + GST (includes return transport from the conference venue)

Complete your 10 Verifiable Hours after the 2025 Conference
Join Alan Lethbridge for two half-day sessions conveniently timed after the 2025 National Conference in Tauranga.
Details:
Day 1: Registration follows the conference, starting at 2:00 pm
Day 2: Start bright and early at 8:00 am, with morning tea provided. Aiming to finish by early afternoon.
Location: Hotel on Devonport (Tauranga Club venue). Accommodation options available with a corporate rate for your convenience. (Deluxe rooms $200)
Cost: $140–$180 inc GST (includes training, materials, and catering).
Final cost depends on registration numbers (minimum 20 participants).
