Regional Athletics

Gippsland Regional Athletics Success

Maffra Secondary College had 19 students attend the Gippsland Regional round of Athletics, with outstanding results across a range of events. It was a very successful day, with 14 students medalling and three athletes progressing through to the State Championships.

  • Kobe Parsons – progressing in 400m, Long Jump and Discus

  • Chani Aust – progressing in 100m, Triple Jump and Long Jump, also setting a new Regional record in Long Jump with a leap of 4.80m!
