 Mental Health Motivations

Here at Cowwarr, we pride ourselves on being accepting of those around us, that is what helps make us a strong and connected TEAM.

When I am outside, I enjoy watching students playing and having fun in our safe environment. I enjoy seeing them smile and laugh with each other. I am really impressed to witness students attempting to problem solve incidents themselves that arise, as being able to problem solve is a quality that can be useful throughout life.

I don’t enjoy seeing or hearing nastiness or bullying. Calling other people names and making them feel sad, hurt and feel like they don’t belong is not on.

Staff try their best to cover all areas of the school during the day. Though as you all know, we have a large play area, and this makes it difficult to hear and see everything that occurs.

Please, if you feel like you are on the receiving end of nastiness at school, let staff know, as we are human and can miss things. Parents please, if your child is telling you they are sad and hurting because of something others have said or done, let staff know.

One thing is for sure; we can’t help if we don’t know.
