This term, students have engaged with a diverse range of topics and activities across History and Geography. In Year 7 History, students explored Medieval Europe through creative projects, including designing coats of arms, producing posters, and composing songs about important historical figures. Year 8 Geography students conducted home water audits, analysing consumption and proposing strategies to reduce waste, connecting classroom learning to real-world environmental issues.
Year 9 Geography focused on urbanisation and sustainability, with students designing models of futuristic cities. Year 10 Geography examined Environment, Change and Management, investigating sustainable practices and traditional Aboriginal land management, supported by forest ecosystem case studies.
Our Year 12 HSC students have completed their Trial Examinations and are preparing for their final exams, while Year 11 students are consolidating their learning and revising for Yearly Examinations as they look forward to beginning their HSC coursework next term.
