A Magical Visit from the Flying Bookworm

Gallery Image

Last Thursday, the 3 year old children welcomed a magical journey of adventure, imagination and bravery. The Flying Bookworm brought the classic tale The Three Billy Goats Gruff to life at Kinder where the children joined in as the main characters. This year, The Three Billy Goats Gruff has been a favourite story among the 3-year-old group, so seeing it performed live made the experience even more special.

Through this storytelling, the children continue to learn valuable lessons about courage, problem-solving, and working together. They also explore early concepts such as size “little,” “middle,” and “big”, sequencing, and storytelling. Watching the performance helped strengthen their confidence as they acted out scenes, used expressive language, and shared lots of laughter with their friends.

A reminder to the Kinder families that our End of Year Celebrations are going to be held on Tuesday December 9th for the 3 year old group and Thursday December 11th for the 4 year old group. We are looking forward to celebrating the wonderful year we have shared with our children, families, and educators!

Thank you
