Kimberley Immersion and Kairos 35
What a wonderful week we had in the Kimberley. Our students were amazing in their ability to immerse themselves in the experience and to be of service to others. This year, we were particularly focused on our interactions with the elders. To say we were all in awe of their stories and life experiences would be an understatement. Working in the Community Kitchen is one of our highlights from the week, as was cooking meals for the Mirima Community. Our students and staff worked tirelessly in their service to others. I really wish that parents and carers could see how fantastic their children are on the Immersion.
We're incredibly grateful for the support from the College community, with your generous donations being gratefully received by different organisations in the Kununurra (especially the shoes).
A big thank you to Mr Jacob Aquino and Miss Katie-Anne Woodford from St Norbert College and Ms Peta Eldridge and Ms Emma Reid from St Joseph's School Queens Park, who went above and beyond to make this a memorable, enriching and life changing experience for our students.

This year's Year 11 students are invited to apply for Kairos 35, being held from Tuesday 12 March to Friday 15 March in 2024. If you would like to attend, please contact Ms Margaret Kyd. It really is a wonderful retreat, that many recall as a highlight of their whole school experience.
