Thank you to the parents and carers who attended the Meet the Teacher evening last night. It was great to see so many families engaging with staff and taking the time to learn more about their child’s class and the year ahead. All resources shared on the night have been sent home today via School Bytes, so if you were unable to attend, please take some time to read through them. Early partnership and collaboration is so important, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with you throughout the year.

Lunar New Year
As Lunar New Year approaches, we would like to acknowledge and wish well to the families in our community who will be celebrating. 2026 is the Year of the Horse, often associated with energy and perseverance. We hope families enjoy time together during their celebrations. We will also be marking Lunar New Year at school with a special event next Thursday, and all parents and carers are warmly invited to attend. You will find details below:
Saying goodbye at the gate
From Monday, all parents and carers, including Kindergarten families, will be asked to say goodbye at the gate in the morning rather than walking students to lines. This routine supports students to build independence and allows them time to settle, play and connect with friends before the school day begins, which makes a real difference to how they engage for the rest of the day. Staff will be on duty at all gates to welcome students and support anyone who may need a little extra help.

School Tours provide families with an opportunity to see the school in action and hear about the wide range of opportunities available to our students.
