What An Amazing Year We Have Had!

The P&C would like to thank you all for your support in our fundraising events such as our Mother’s and Father’s Day stalls, pie drive, discos, raffles, and of course our Spring Festival! None of this would be made possible without our brilliant P&C members and volunteers, so a massive shout out to them! 100% of funds raised go back into our school for our students and school community. 

 

We would love for you to consider joining our team in 2024, a number of our current members will be moving on at the end of this year and without a committee the future of our fundraising activities and our school canteen (yes our canteen is P&C run and operated!) is uncertain.  

 

There is no obligation to become a member and you don’t have to attend every meeting, anyone can pop into a meeting to give ideas and feedback or just to listen to what is happening at our school. The more school families that give their input, the more we can ensure that the decisions we make are the right ones for our school community. We generally meet in week 3 and week 8 of each term. 

 

Of course every bit of help is appreciated, so even if you are just able to volunteer at our fundraising events or in the canteen, we are grateful for it all! 

 

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, 14 February 2024. We would love to see some new faces!

Term 4 Disco Summer holiday theme 

Years K-2: Tuesday 5th December 4pm-5pm 

Years 3-6: Thursday 7th December 4pm-5:15pm 

$6 entry includes a packet of chips and a juice box. 

 

If you are paying cash at the door, permission notes with parental details MUST be provided. If your child arrives without this completed note, they are not able to attend. 

 

If you are paying via the QKR! App a digital permission note is included with this. Cut off for Qkr payments is 3:30pm on the day. 

 

Please note: Children must be accompanied by a parent/carer prior to 4pm. Our volunteers are busy setting up before this time and are unable to provide supervision. We thank you for your cooperation.
