Grade 3/4 Ceres Excursion

The bus stopped, the doors opened, kids rushed out in excitement, and we had arrived at Ceres. Classes were split into six groups and headed to different activities. One of the activities we did was Indian dancing where we learned three dances and got to dress up in special Indian clothes.  We also did Indonesian shadow puppets where we got to put on our own puppet show and learn about Dalangs (puppet masters). Different people got through nerves of getting up in front of everybody but gave it a go. It was a great experience!
