Monoceros Report

With the year coming to an end for all Monoceros students it has been great to see the growth and development of all. We have seen a strong bond between our students and learning mentors and continue to build on the foundation of “Known and Loved.” The Monoceros Learning Mentors and I look forward to reflecting on how our students have gone with their exams as we start to develop future goals for student educational journeys in 2024. 

In the next few weeks, we will have the opportunity to say farewell to our Year 12 students at the Year 12 Graduation Mass at St Patrick’s Cathedral and the Graduation Dinner at the magical MCG, on Friday 24 November. This will be followed by the Awards evening on Wednesday 29 November where we will acknowledge some fine achievements by our Monoceros students.

With the year coming to an end, I would like to thank Annabelle Hatton and Dunil Perera for the work they have undertaken as House Captains, and I look forward to working with Hannah Charles and Darren Razu in 2024.

A massive thank you to Mr Yap, Ms James, Mr Nievas, Mr Abdelahad, Mrs Dias, Mr Joachim and Mr Swan for all their hard work throughout the year, it is truly appreciated by all students of Monoceros.

The Monoceros Learning Mentors and I look forward to welcoming our new Year 7s on the Orientation Day later in the year.
