Wonderful news: As a Diocese we have been working hard to improve attendance rates in all of our schools and we wanted to share the Term 1 comparisons from 2024 and 2025 that have just been sent through from ACS.
As you can see, there is a remarkable improvement in both Primary and Secondary school attendance rates.
Thank you to each and every parent who has made a concerted effort to help our students attend school more often. The benefits to their learning, both academically and socially is evident and to be celebrated. Well done everyone!
Please remember to explain all absences on Compass within 7 days of the absence. Once the 7 days passes, you will not be able to make any changes and this will be reflected in the end of semester school report.
If you child is absent, please jump on to Compass on the day. There are 2 messages sent out; 1 on the day between 9:30 and 10am and then every Friday at 11am as a reminder for the week.
SCHOOL FEES
Thank you to those that have finalised the second instalment, the full year's fees or are making regular payments. Armidale Catholic Schools office has advised that the school fee statements for this second instalment have been delayed due to technical issues. You are able to view your current balance and transactions via the Compass app. If you are experiencing any problems regarding this please phone the school and we can advise you of your balance. Our apologies for the delay, apparently it is not going to be a quick fix.
Please note there is an instalment schedule at the bottom of your first emailed 2025 school fee statement detailing monthly payments on the current years fees. Please direct any email enquiries to quifinance@arm.catholic.edu.au.
