Thank you for supporting the Easter Raffle
Our 2025 PIC Easter Raffle was our first major fundraiser of the year. Thanks to your support, it was very successful, with almost 1,000 raffles tickets sold! Congratulations to all our winners.
PIC Election Day Cake Stall
Our next fundraiser will be the St John’s PIC Cake Stall at the Rosanna Baptist Church polling station. We are seeking donations of baked goods to sell on the day. If you can help with biscuits, cakes, slices or any other yummy baked goods, please get in touch. We require a full ingredients list and request no refrigeration be needed.
If you are also able to help out with the stall on the day, for any amount of time between 9am and 4pm, we would greatly appreciate it. Please contact us on picstjohnsheidelberg@gmail.com

Mother's Day Lunch
Our Mother’s Day Lunch is in just three weeks! Frock up, book yourself a seat and join us for an afternoon full of fun and frivolity!
Tickets are available to purchase now from our square site. Included in the ticket: Bubbles on arrival, shared lunch, grazing dessert, entertainment and more. Please include any dietary requirements and any year level or individual seating preferences in the order notes at check out.

Mother's Day Stall helpers
Dads, this one's for you! PIC Dad, David (Charlie 1W & Mason 3C), decided dads needed to man the Mother’s Day Stall this year, so he has volunteered to coordinate all helpers for the day. He’s still looking for more helpers, so if you can spare any time on Friday 2 May, get in touch.

St John's Cake stall
St John’s PIC are holding a Cake Stall at Rosanna Baptist Church on Saturday May 3 as a fundraisingactivity and we are interested in families to donate items to help us raise funds for our kids and the school community.
We would love donations of-

Whole Cakes-
Gluten Free Cakes -
Slices -
Any other Baked goods.
Baked goods can be brought to the school on Friday May 2 or to the Rosanna Baptist Church on the day.
Wewill price items as they are collected. Please consider the following:
No refrigeration is available
No cream, custard or raw eggs are permitted.
If you have grandparents or friends who enjoy cooking, we would love their support as well.
We also need help on the day, please email picstjohnsheidelberg@gmail.com or reach out to you ClassRep via WhatsApp if you are available for a few hours between 9am and 4pm.
Many hands make lightwork, so your help would be appreciated.
