Social Evening & Parents' Assocation AGM

Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to invite all parents and carers to a social evening to be held on Wednesday, 30 April at 7.00pm in the MCC Pavilion. Nibbles will be provided, and drinks will be available at bar prices.
We kindly request that you RSVP VIA THIS FORM by Monday 21 April for catering purposes. This is a great opportunity to enjoy our MCC Pavilion!
Peter Bartlett (Acting Principal) will be present on the night, and we will elect the new Parents’ Association committee for 2025, which includes the following positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
The Parents’ Association serves as a valuable platform for parents to connect with each other and provide support to our wonderful college.
Please return the attached nomination form via email to beaumaris.sc@education.vic.gov.au or in person by 4:00pm on Tuesday 29 April 2025. Additionally, the Constitution of Beaumaris Secondary College Parents’ Association is attached for your reference. To participate in the election process, you must be a financial member of the group by simply making a gold coin donation at the AGM.
