School Uniform

Last year, we shared with the community our plan to update the school uniforms. The response from families reinforced our understanding that this is an important topic for families. We understand that uniform changes can be a sensitive issue, and we want to stress to families that there is no expectation to replace current uniform items. Existing items can continue to be worn, and there will be a natural phase-out over time as families purchase new items when needed.

A uniform is an important part of a school. It helps create a sense of belonging, unity and equality, and reduces pressure around clothing choices. We are exploring options to improve the look of our current school uniform and aim to increase the number of students wearing items with the school logo. Our expectations for school uniform will remain in line with the Education department policy which can be found here: https://www.vic.gov.au/school-uniforms. We aim to have the new uniform available for purchase by the end of this year, in preparation for our 2027 Foundation students.
