Year 9 Students Visit the Mary Glowrey Museum

Exploring Modern Day Prophets

In an enriching educational journey, our Year 9 students recently delved into the fascinating world of modern-day prophets through a visit to the Mary Glowrey Museum in Fitzroy.

Mary Glowrey, a pioneering figure in healthcare and spirituality, serves as a beacon of inspiration for today's youth. Through her tireless work in medicine and her unwavering commitment to serving humanity, Glowrey exemplifies the qualities of a modern-day prophet, challenging our students to reflect on their own roles in creating positive change in the world. The museum provided a captivating insight into Glowrey's life and legacy, igniting discussions and reflections on how each of us can embody her spirit of compassion and dedication in our own lives.

This immersive experience has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on our students, inspiring them to become agents of positive change in their communities.
