Dear Parents and Carers

Mother's Day

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all the mothers and special ladies in our lives a wonderful Mother's Day on Sunday.

For those whose mothers and grandmothers that are still with us- cherish them today. Hug and kiss them. Honour them. Thank them. 

For those whose mothers  who are not with us, remember them on Sunday.

Thank you to the Parents Association for our wonderful Mother's Day stall which was held today and for organising the special dinner next week. We have a wonderful community.

Cross Country

How fortunate were we last Friday with the weather for our Cross Country event.  It was wonderful to see so many parents in attendance. All the children tried their best!

The Prep children in particular were very keen to run.

Thank you to Mr Price who organised the day. Good luck to those who are representing the school tomorrow at district level.

School Uniform

All children should now be wearing their full winter uniform. This includes black school shoes. If a child is out of uniform for any reason a note must be provided to your child's teacher explaining the reason why.

Incursions/excursions

Over the last week some of our year levels have been involved with incursions and excursions. The Yr 1 and 2s have been participating in a writing workshop, whilst the Yr 5/6s attended the museum and IMAX.  Both of these activities compliment the learning that is taking place in the classroom.
