Year 3 Incursion

On Wednesday, August 30 we learnt about what kind of rubbish goes into which bin. The Monash council came and showed us a powerpoint. We learnt that batteries can not go into any of the three bins, they are called e-waste and they go into special bins which can be found at Officeworks, Woolworths, Coles and Aldi. 

We played a game where we had to sort the rubbish pictures into the correct bins. They had these tiny little bins for us to put the rubbish in. It was very fun and exciting!

At the end they gave us an activity book to take home so that we can always remember where the rubbish goes. We were happy.
