Year 2 Incursion

Year Two welcomed a special guest on August 18 - Mrs Hill, a former Good Shepherd teacher. This visit was part of an inquiry project the Year 2 students will be working on, where they compare past generations to today. 

Mrs Hill was interviewed about what school was like when she was younger. She showed the students a photo of her school and explained that classes could have around 60 students of different ages all in one room. How different to now!

The students will soon interview older family members to hear different perspectives, and will be able to make comparisons across generations.
