French Update 

What an exciting term we have had in the French department. One of the highlights was translating and writing recipes for making crêpes in Year 6. We then created them for real when French chefs from 'Whipped Up!' came into school for a cooking demonstration. Feedback from the Year 6s? Délicieux! 

In Year 5, we have been researching the 18 regions of France. We gave our students the challenge of translating information about their region completely in French and they were definitely up to the task! Check out these amazing posters from Lulu, Matilda and Vivian. Impressive translation skills girls! 

The Year 2s had the fun project of creating feelings posters in the style of 'Pop Art' artist, Andy Warhol. We love the varying colours used to represent their different emotions. Magnifique!
