With the events in the United States earlier this week, we pray for peace through an understanding that differences in opinion are not a reason for lack of respect. 

Maintenance Of The Playground 

As the pictures below illustrate, the artificial grass surface of our school playground has been regenerated with the maintenance that was undertaken over the holidays.

Welcome Mohammad

A big welcome to our new student in Year Five, Mohammed. Mohammed and his mum have just recently arrived from Iran to be with dad. Mohammad has already settled in well to our school and has shown that he  is not only a very good student but he is also an excellent soccer player.

Before And After School Care - Survey

As mentioned in previous newsletters, we are looking at the feasibility of changing our Out of School Care Provider. I would really appreciate parents who currently use the service and those who may in the future, especially with a new provider, to complete the survey (link attached). Data we obtain will allow us to make a more informed decision (ie. entice a new provider!) The survey will close on Friday 19th July which is at the end of this first week of the term.

Meet Some Of Our New Students In Foundation Class 2025

We would like to introduce you to another two Foundation 2025 class members. We would like to welcome Michael whose brother Fortunato is in Year Six and Audrey to our Sacred Heart School community.

Clash of Dates

Our earlier advertised "Christmas in July" film night has been rescheduled to a date in August. A busy week next week with Parent/Teacher Interviews and Sacrament of Confirmation have necessitated this rescheduling. A new date will be advertised shortly.

School Closure Days Term Three

As mentioned in previous newsletters, we did not have any school closure days for staff professional development last term so we will have two days this term.We ask parents to be aware of the two school closure days.
