Community Care and Connection

KAPS this Sunday! 

Only 3 sleeps to go! We are getting ready for the Olympics with an afternoon of Sports on the agenda, followed by worship and dinner. 

As Rachel mentioned at worship yesterday, we even have a live band! Entrance via the church doors facing Montague road. We will meet in the church hall first before heading to the oval.

Stage 2 Playground Catch Up

Dear Stage 2 Families,

All stage 2 families are invited to attend a Saturday afternoon catch up to connect with other class families.

Date: Saturday 25th May 2024

Location: Civic Park playground, Modbury 

Time: 2pm

If it is raining at the time of the catch up, we will relocate to a short walk across the road at the outside playground downstairs (undercover), located at TTP along the cafe/restaurant section, close to Cafe Primo. Please remember that your children remain under your care for the duration of our gathering.

Coffee and Connect

How has your week been? Did your family get to the Men ‘n’ Minors camp? What were the highlights?  

If you have a few minutes (or a lot of minutes) and you feel like meeting some people or reuniting with friends, you are most welcome to pop into the Church Café tomorrow morning and share some tea/ coffee and conversation. Here are the details: 

Where: The church café (entry through the courtyard) 

When: Friday from 8:30am to 10am 

Toddlers are welcome! (We have a small playground. You just need to keep an eye on your little ones(s) for safety reasons.)

Craft Group

Here is an opportunity to let your creativity shine! Do you enjoy painting, crocheting, diamond art or perhaps something else? You are invited to join a group of like-minded people in the church café, Fridays from 9:30am to 11am. (Slight overlap with Coffee and Connect.) BYO craft/ activity. 

Make a morning of it... Start with Coffee and Connect and continue on with Craft and Connect! 😊
