Leadership Centre

Highlight

Salamat siang,

Wow, another action-packed week has flown by in the Leadership Centre!

In Maths this week we have been earning about angles, translations, reflections, rotation and enlargement of 2D shapes. Students have been finding different ways they can enrich themselves by using more complex shapes, exploring plotting coordinates and much more. We are really excited about our final task, making a mini golf course, that incorporate all we know about angles and shapes and being able to program Spheros to run through the course.

In Guided Inquiry, our sustainability projects are underway and our dioramas are looking fantastic! We do still need some more materials from home for us to finalise them, so please make sure you are collecting any recyclable materials that you think we can use for the dioramas. We are really excited to show them off as a showcase later on this term.

Have a restful weekend,

The Leadership Centre Teachers
