We are learning to predict behaviour based on character traits.

VOCABULARY

Predict:

Using evidence from a text (text clues) to say what might happen next in a story, or what a character might do or feel.

Character traits:

The individual qualities that make up a person's character. Eg. brave, kind, confident.

Look at the front cover of a story, and see what predictions you can make about what you think might happen in the story, based on the title and front cover. Confirm or correct your prediction after reading!
