Inspire Kitchen Garden Fun

It's always a delight seeing the happy and excited Prep to Year 2 students during an Inspire Kitchen Garden session.  Last week the students created delicious pizzas.  I would like to thank our wonderful volunteers who come each session.  If you would like to volunteer next session (7th of June, 2:15pm-3:15pm) please contact me via email inger.furlong@education.vic.gov.au

Year 3 to 6 Kitchen Garden

We were lucky to have many pumpkins that self seeded in the garden, so the students used these, kale, lemons and herbs from the garden to make pumpkin scrolls (year 3 & 4 students), kale chips, curried vegetable pocket pies (year 5 & 6 students) and a delicious kale salad.  The kale chips were definitely a hit!  You can find the recipes below.
