PE

This week in PE we have been focusing on gymnastic skills across all the year levels. Activities included using the beam, mini trampoline, parallel bars and horizontal bars. 

We will continue improving our gymnastic skills over the next few weeks.

MUSIC ROOM UPDATE

Hello again from the Music room!

This fortnight has seen the Junior School listening to a selection of different music. The children then moved to a corner of the room based on which 'Zone' it put them in. In their corners the children had to explain how the music made them feel. The 'Red' zone got a workout after a few silly songs were played and Mrs Murphy played the theme song for the Geelong Cats! Some non-Geelong supporters stuck with the 'Green'  zone even because they LOVE football! 

A number of the 'olden day' songs sparked conversation amongst the classes as they had been heard on everyone's favourite show - Bluey!

We are in the process of creating a wall of flowers inspired by the songs 'Waltz of the Flowers' and the episode 'Ice cream' from Bluey.
