Level 3 Compass Award – Training continues for our new students!

The Trangia proved to be a new piece of equipment for the Level 3 students to cook on. Their challenge was to cook an after school meal and be able to get comfortable with using the stove and maintaining the equipment afterwards.    The students were fantastic, safe and supportive of each other as they learned new things. I feel this group has lots of potential and I’m looking forward to seeing their development next term.
