Growing Leadership

“Culture is not about what you do. It’s about who you are, how you behave, and how you interact with everything and everyone around you.” (DiGiovanna, 2019, p. 5)

Our school leaders spent time last week reflecting on and growing their personal leadership. During our KITE Leadership in Action Program, academic and pastoral leaders from Hampshire House, Junior School and Senior School joined together to participate in a set of Masterclasses and Workshops.

The focus of these sessions has been leveraging interaction, specifically, more formal dialogues that set out to maximise trust, respect and collaboration. It is important to us to live and breathe our school values in all we do, not just in our classrooms. Our leaders continue to demonstrate their commitment to the enactment of our values in their engagement in this professional learning program!
