Leadership Centre

Highlight
Selamat siang,
It’s Week 8 and the Leadership Centre continues to be a hive of creativity and learning!
In Mathematics, students have launched into the world of Cartesian planes—but with a twist! They’ve been using coordinates to explore objects in outer space, as they develop their spatial awareness and understanding of geometry. It’s been an exciting way to connect maths with the wonders of the universe.
In Literacy, students are working hard to complete their narrative writing. We’ve seen some truly imaginative stories come to life as students apply the writing techniques they’ve been building throughout the term, in particular complex sentences. We’re also into the last week of our Literature Circles, where students continue to engage in rich discussions and deepen their understanding of character, theme, and plot across a range of novels.
In Guided Inquiry, the second half of the students have now participated in the wonderful Parliament Role Play Incursion. It has been so great to see the students put into action all they have learned into this session over this term so far.
We can’t wait to see how the final weeks of the term unfold, have a wonderful week ahead
